This is to report that the Chicken Marbella that we cooked up for a very large crowd on Easter Sunday turned out absolutely delicious! We had many dishes cooking in the pizza oven, but the Chicken Marbella turned out the best. And with it’s slightly sweet flavor, the kids totally ate it up. I’d give this one a two thumbs up!
