The Story Behind DELLICACY


With the economy being the way that it is, my son Sawyer and I were trying to think of ways to give personal gifts this Christmas without breaking the bank. We came up with the flavored cocoa mixes since that is something that my kids enjoy. We had fun coming up with the cocoa recipe and different flavors to use. Once we had made a few jars we were really happy with how they turned out. We then decided it would be nice to make these available for others to give as gifts, so we started taking orders from people in the neighborhood. This turned out to be quite a hit!

As for the oils, we are a good Italian family, and every good Italian family has a bottle of chili infused olive oil on their counter to put on anything savory that goes in their mouth. So my other son Quentin suggested infusing good quality olive oil ourselves and selling it in nice looking bottles. Hence, the birth of our Chili Infused Olive Oil.

So from all of this, I am pleased to announce my new company DELLICACY! We participated in some holiday boutiques and open houses the past few months and had such a good response to our products.
